In efforts to increase the client’s social stock price, he requested a table for which he could also use for entertaining. Taking cues from Le Corbusier’s modulor figure - the figure that explains proportions in the simplest form, the hairpin table adjusts proportions to custom dimensions of the aforementioned bachelor. Tall, narrow, and lanky, all come to mind when thinking of the end user and the hairpin table itself.
Standing on firm, bent steel legs, the table is fabricated with a dowel joined cherry table top. The perfect household staple for every millenial’s mid-century furniture dream.
